1. Turn off the A/C at the mains and ensure the room is fully ventilated.

2. Simply pull the filter out (but be careful not to damage the delicate alumininium vent behind it).

3. Rinse it in the sink with clean tap water.  Spray an even coat of Sheringham Prime 3-in-1 A/C Purifier & Disinfectant over the surface and scrub it with soft-bristled brush to get any additional dust or grime out.  Leave the filter to dry.  Sheringham Prime 3-in-1 A/C Purifier & Disinfectant will kill any harmful bacteria, mildew, fungi and allergens that may have accumulated in the filter.

4. Spray an even coat of Sheringham Prime 3-in-1 A/C Purifier & Disinfectant into the aluminium vent or internal air inlet if ducted, from a 5cm distance in a vertical direction.  Repeat the process at least 5 times to ensure best cleaning effect.

For old or dirty aluminium vent, repeat Step 4 at least 2 times to ensure a thorough cleansing result.

5. Snap back the dry and clean filter and leave for 15 minutes.  Turn on the A/C and dirt, grime will flow out from the pipe if there is any.

Repeat as often as required for ultimate cleansing effect to ensure you breathe healthier air and save money because the A/C functions more efficiently.
